- "I used to wonder what realtors could possibly do to earn a 6% commission. Then, we sold our house of 42 years together with some adjacent properties. The work done by Meghan and Eric Howlett was extensive and impressive in the guidance they provided and the work they carried out.. This included Eric’s attention to detail in locating original survey markers, identifying, and remedying an improperly recorded road easement survey made several decades earlier that affected this and several adjacent properties. - "I started working with Team Howlett (Meg and Eric) over 10 years ago when they sold the first home I had ever owned. I then had purchased an older home from family, but I knew I would need to downsize eventually. About three years ago, Meg and Eric came and looked at my family home, listing and prioritizing what would need to be repaired before I sold it. I felt that I had five to 10 years to start downsizing and make repairs, but I didn\'t know that fate had other plans.... Earlier this year, my brother mentioned there was a ranch condo for sale in the neighborhood where I wanted to move. Although it seemed a little early for me to downsize, Meg managed to get me a showing in less than 90 minutes. I went to look at it and loved it.
